Depending on the scope of our partnership, we typically work within one of three models:

• Project-Based: Best for well-defined objectives with clear deliverables, such as drafting a specific technical report, developing a 16-country regional policy framework, or preparing a complex R01 grant application. We agree on a flat fee for the entire lifecycle of the project.

• Strategic Retainers: Ideal for ongoing institutional advisory or long-term research support. This model allows me to be "on-call" as a technical lead or advisor, providing your team with continuous access to strategic oversight and high-level moderation.

• Value-Driven Mentorship Packages: For individual academic and career coaching, I offer tiered packages designed to guide you through specific milestones such as medical school admissions strategy and the full NRMP Match cycle.

Our first step is always a complimentary alignment call. During this conversation, we will define your mission, determine the technical "heavy lifting" required, and I will provide a transparent proposal that reflects the scale of the impact we intend to create.

Fees are agreed in advance. Invoices issued upon booking. Payment is due prior to project start or per milestone.

Due to time‑based work, refunds are not typically offered once work begins. I will always work with you to resolve concerns.
