Who I am
I am Ulrick Sidney Kanmounye, a global neurosurgery practitioner, global health leader, researcher, and consultant dedicated to bridging the gap between clinical research, global health policy, and academic mentorship.
I have trained at Harvard Medical School, the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, the University of Edinburgh, and the University of Ghana. This rigorous training has enabled me to become a prolific contributor to the medical community, authoring over 100 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters and serving on the boards of reputable neurosurgery journals.
As the founding President of the Association of Future African Neurosurgeons and co-founder of the Global Health Unfiltered Podcast, I am deeply committed to elevating the voices and careers of healthcare professionals worldwide.
